And now there’s video
Day 2 and we’re still excited about the launch of the Mars Rover Curiosity here at Caterpickles Central. Especially since we found these cool videos of the launch on Engadget this morning. Take a peek.
Now, if you’ll excuse me, The Four-Year-Old’s Mars Rover Curiosity Liftoff Celebration has begun and I don’t want to miss out on the dancing.

Hey I know this is off topic but I was wondering if you knew of any widgets I could add to my blog that automatically tweet my newest twitter updates.
I’ve been looking for a plug-in like this for quite some time and was
hoping maybe you would have some experience with something like this.
Please let me know if you run into anything. I truly enjoy reading your
blog and I look forward to your new updates.

Hi. Thanks for stopping by Caterpickles. I use WordPress’ built-in feature to tweet out my blog posts on Twitter. They may have a widget that displays your tweets on the side of your blog as well, but I opted not to do that, as my tweets are about writing and the writing life and my blog about life as a parent. The two aren’t similar enough to justify it.
As for managing my Twitter account, I use Hootsuite, as it lets me schedule my tweets so that I can spread them out over time. It also theoretically allows me to publish my Tweets on Facebook, although I don’t tend to do that either, due to the different audience I maintain there (mostly friends & family).
Good luck.
