When my daughter realized I couldn’t tell the difference between alligators and crocodiles, she told me I needed to write a Caterpickles about it. “That’s the only way you’ll ever learn it, Mommyo.” Fortunately for me, telling the difference is pretty simple–it’s all in the snout, the teeth, and the water.
