Last year, Reading in Winter got me hooked on reading challenges. Theirs was pleasantly complicated and arranged in a bingo format that kept me reading until I’d read all the books. Goodreads has a basic reading challenge too — you set a goal for how many books you’re going to read this year, and then do it. This year I had a few particular reading habits I wanted to put in place, but couldn’t find a reading challenge that would prompt me to do them all. So I made up my own.
