Build-a-Bear holding toy drive to benefit Toys for Tots this weekend

We interrupt your Sunday morning to let you know that Build-a-Bear is holding its annual Stuffed with Hugs toy drive this weekend. The first 100 customers in every store this weekend will have a chance to stuff a free teddy bear to donate to Toys for Tots.

The Five-Year-Old and I went to our local Build-a-Bear yesterday to verify the story, and are pleased to report it’s true. But it may take a little hunting on your part. Our local Build-A-Bear didn’t have signs up anywhere advertising the toy drive, so we had to ask about it at the customer service desk. But once we did, they were more than happy to take us to their bin of free bears and help us stuff one. The Five-Year-Old even got a coupon for $3 off her next purchase.

Um, yay?

Happy stuffing!
