In which The Four-Year-Old Invents a New Yoga Pose
The Four-Year-Old: “Mommyo, did you know I have a helicopter pose?”
Mommyo: “You do? Can I see it?”
The Four-Year-Old, jumping up and down: “All you do is jump up and down waving your arms. It’s made simple for yoga. You could do it instead of your morning cup of yoga, Mommyo.”
Mommyo: “I think I would need to do my morning cup of yoga before I do the helicopter pose.”
The Four-Year-Old: “Why?”
Mommyo: “I think I might need to warm up before I did that.”
The Four-Year-Old: “No, Mommyo, it is a warm-up. Do you know why?”
Mommyo: “No.”
The Four-Year-Old: “Because it really warms you up.”
