Wordless Wednesday: In which I am ambivalent about pumpkins

I am always so torn when I see pumpkins on display. On the one hand, so lovely. On the other, whenever I see them, I can’t help but think of all the pumpkin seeds that aren’t being roasted and the pumpkin pies that aren’t being eaten. And now that I know about it, all the Pumpkin French Toast that isn’t being baked.

Mmmm… Pumpkin French Toast. You know the best part about Pumpkin French Toast?

I’m the only member of my family who will even consider eating it. Breakfast for a week!

pumpkin french toast? that recipe is for pumpkin bread pudding! calling it french toast just keeps the chef from feeling guilty for having dessert for breakfast 🙂
